California Legislator

Currently city/county/state/federal agencies refuse to obey the election laws which compels local election officials to rely almost entirely on the “honor system” to keep non-citizens from running for elected office... The HONOR SYSTEM is not working!

Today there are more that 20 million US voters that believe that the President of the United States is not a Natural Born Citizen. Some of these voters have gone to court and the courts have refused to hear the case. Congress has refused to take up the matter. The Supreme Court has also refused to hear the petitions of these citizens. The courts claim…”no one in America has standing to question the citizenship of Elected Officials.” This wrong and it cannot stand.

 

AFI has been formed to validate the Citizenship of ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS. For instance, presidential candidate John McCain claims he is a citizen. However, his parents left the military base in Panama and their baby (John) was delivered in Colon, Panama. McCain was NOT born on a military base, but in a foreign country. There are serious questions whether or not he is an American citizen instead of a citizen of Panama.

 

The Federal Law is clear, all voters and candidates for elected office MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS:

(a) Conspiracy to deprive voters of a fair election

 

Any individual who knowingly and willfully gives false information in registering or voting in violation of section 1973i(c) of this title, or conspires with another to violate such section, shall be fined or imprisoned, or both, in accordance with such section.

 

(b) False information in registering and voting

 

Any individual who knowingly commits fraud or knowingly makes a false statement with respect to the naturalization, citizenry, or alien registry of such individual in violation of section 1015 of title 18 shall be fined or imprisoned, or both, in accordance with such section.

   (c) A person is ineligible to be a member of the Legislature unless the person is an elector and has been a resident of the legislative district for one year, and a citizen of the United States and a resident of California for 3 years, immediately preceding the election.

 

 

We have researched the information that candidates provided on the Internet. Many bios did not offer proof of citizenship nor age as mandated by the California Constitution. Birth data in other states and foreign countries were grossly ignored. There is a strong suspicion that California may have several elected officials that are not US CITIZENS!
